It is recommended that the registration information is read along with the accommodation information. Once you have decided which conference package suits your needs, please access the registration page by clicking on the registration button below to proceed with the registration process.
Accommodation Packages

Payment Options
For convenience, payments can be made online via debit or credit card, or you can request a tailored tax invoice by emailing us at satnac@africamassive.co.za after registering. Once you've registered, look out for a confirmation email that will officially welcome you to the adventure.
Note: If you are bringing an accompanying person (not a conference delegate), and would like to share a room with them, you will be able to provide your accompanying person's details, and adjust your accommodation booking accordingly, during your online registration. An additional cost is payable.

Package 2 - Luxury Room
A unique Kruger Safari experience
The beauty of your luxury stay at Kruger Gate Hotel is your incredible access to the game-rich reaches of the southern Kruger Park.
The Kruger Gate Hotel with its tree-top ambiance is ideally located on the bank of the Sabie River, less than a minute's drive from the Paul Kruger Gate.
A daily shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and the Nombolo Mdhluli Conference Centre where SATNAC 2024 will be hosted, at no extra cost.

Package 3 - SANParks Bungalow
The vibrant hub of the Kruger National Park
Nestled on the southern banks of the picturesque Sabie River, Skukuza is home to the Nombolo Mdhluli Conference Centre, where SATNAC 2024 will be hosted.
The camp Bungalows are within easy walking distance from the conference centre and are situated throughout the camp.

Please take note of check-in and check-out times at the respective hotels. Should you arrive earlier or leave later than the normal check-in and check-out times and you want your room to be available, it would be advisable to book an additional night.

Conference Package for delegates excludes:
- Services and/or activities of a personal nature are not provided by the conference and will be for the guests own accounts. This includes additional meals, activities, room services, laundry, spa treatments, telephone call etc.
- Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the conference proceedings.
- Accompanying persons are not permitted to the conference tea breaks and lunches.
- The sharing rate applies to a maximum of two people per room and both must be registered as a delegate.
- The quoted rate for a double room includes the registration cost of the delegate and Bed and Breakfast accommodation for the accompanying person, who is not permitted to attend the conference proceedings.
- Registrations will be confirmed within 5 working days after receipt of the registration.
- The Local Organising Committee reserves the right to automatically release your booking 21 days after the invoice date if it has not been paid in full.
- Payments can be submitted by Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Direct Deposit (South African delegates only) as stated on the invoice.
- All payments should be made to SATNAC.
- All fees are payable in South African Rand (ZAR).
- All hotels might request a Credit Card imprint upon check in to cover extras not included.
- Credit card payments will be processed within 5 - 7 working days of receipt of the registration.
- Credit card payments will be calculated, equal to the Rand amount, according to the rate of exchange on the actual day processed.
- Please indicate SATNAC 2024 and your reference number or name on all money transfers.
- It is the responsibility of international delegates to ensure that the amount (in foreign currency) submitted for payment is equal to the Rand amount (registration fee).
- The request for sizes of sweatshirt is for planning purposes only.
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- If a booking is cancelled 90 - 61 days prior to arrival 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled 60 - 31 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled 30 - 16 days prior to arrival 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If booking is cancelled 15 - 0 days prior to arrival/or in the case of a no-show a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
A final logistical update will be sent to registered and paid up delegates two weeks prior the conference. Please visit the website regularly to check for updates. Updates will also be posted on the SATNAC Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn pages.
Venue Information
Skukuza Rest Camp, Kruger National Park
The Skukuza Rest Camp is situated on the southern banks of the Sabie River, in the south of the Kruger National Park. Skukuza is the Kruger National Park's largest rest camp and administrative headquarters. The camp is well foliaged and there are some lofty trees along the river's edge. Activities and facilities are diverse, as are the animals and plants found both within the camp and in the surrounding areas.
