All packages are all-inclusive. Guests can enjoy Sunday dinner for delegates arriving before the conference, meals served during the conference days, and breakfast on the day of departure, depending on the package selected. Delegates attending the golf day or those on a four-day package may have meal inclusions extended through Thursday.

Student Packages

Student packages are listed in the catalog below.

Package 7 is student overflow accommodation at Drakensberg Sun.

Package 7B is Twin/double Occupancy (Sharing with a student).

Package 8 at Monks Cowl is R11,660 per person, covering accommodation and the registration fee.

Package 8 is sharing only; singles are not offered, and students must share a room.

Superior Rooms have 2 double beds, an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, DSTV, tea/coffee making facilities, a mini bar fridge which can be stocked on request, and a patio that overlooks the 9-hole golf course or the lake.

Applicants may be asked to provide supporting documentation to verify their student status.

Along with the Golf Day on Wednesday, 14 October 2026, delegates who take a 4-day package and are not participating in the golf can participate in a sponsored hiking experience at Monks Cowl Nature Reserve. Interest can be expressed during the registration process. Alternatively, 4-day delegates who do not play golf or join the hike are at leisure on the 14th.

Conference Package Excludes

Items of a personal nature, such as room service, meals not provided by the conference, laundry, spa treatments, and telephone calls, etc.

Partner and Spouse Packages

Delegates wishing to bring a spouse or partner can book the applicable partner package. An exciting onsite Partner Programme will be available, offering a variety of activities and experiences throughout the event.

Please note, however, that partner packages do not include access to the conference sessions, presentations, technical papers, or conference proceedings. Individuals wishing to attend the conference programme must register and book as conference delegates in the appropriate category.

Check-In Options

Delegates should also be aware that there are two different check-in options available. The check-in option selected will determine the duration of the stay and associated package pricing. Delegates are encouraged to review these options carefully during the booking process to ensure they select the package best suited to their travel and attendance requirements.

The 3-Nights package checks in on 11 October 2026 and checks out on 14 October 2026. The 4-Nights package checks in on 11 October 2026 and checks out on 15 October 2026.

With limited availability for SATNAC 2026, early booking and payment are strongly recommended to guarantee your place at this prestigious event.

Cancellation Policy & Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

The quoted rate for a double room includes the registration cost of the delegate as well as double Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
Registrations will be confirmed within 5 working days after receipt of the registration.
Once registration is confirmed, an invoice will be generated.
The Local Organising Committee reserves the right to automatically release your booking 21 days after the invoice date if it has not been paid in full.
Payments can be submitted by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Direct Deposit (South African delegates only) as stated on the invoice.
All payments should be made to INNOVATIVE RESEARCH AND EVENTS t/a SATNAC.
All fees are payable in South African Rand (ZAR).
The hotels will request a Credit Card imprint upon check-in to cover extras not included.
International Credit card payments will be processed within 5 - 7 working days of receipt of the registration.
Credit card payments will be calculated, equal to the South African Rand amount, according to the rate of exchange on the actual day processed.

It is the responsibility of international delegates to ensure that the amount (in foreign currency) submitted for payment is equal to the Rand amount (registration fee).
The request for sizes of Golf Shirt is for planning purposes only.
All cancellations must be received in writing.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled 90 - 61 days prior to arrival 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
If a booking is cancelled 60 - 31 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
If a booking is cancelled 30 - 16 days prior to arrival 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
If booking is cancelled 15 - 0 days prior to arrival/or in the case of a no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Acknowledgement

By submitting your booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
You accept Champagne Sports Resort's cancellation policy and the associated cancellation charges.
You understand that bookings are confirmed with Champagne Sports Resort upon submission, and these terms immediately come into effect.
Neither SATNAC nor the organisers can be held responsible for any financial losses arising from cancellations, amendments, or changes to your booking.
