SATNAC 2026: Registration

To support the participation of the Academic Community and future Industry Leaders, SATNAC offers specially subsidised Academic and Student packages. These discounted rates are made possible through conference funding and are available only to these qualifying delegates.

Applicants wishing to book these packages must meet the applicable eligibility requirements and may be required to provide supporting documentation to verify their academic or student status. Only delegates who satisfy the qualifying criteria will be eligible for these reduced rates.

As SATNAC is hosted at Club Med, it is important to understand that the package pricing differs from a traditional hotel booking model. Club Med charges are calculated per person, regardless of whether guests are sharing accommodation or occupying a room individually.

Unlike conventional hotel rates that typically distinguish between single and double occupancy based primarily on room usage, Club Med packages include access to a wide range of resort amenities, activities, dining experiences, entertainment, and facilities. The package therefore represents far more than accommodation and breakfast. Every guest benefits from the full Club Med experience, which is why package pricing applies on a per-person basis, including for accompanying spouses or partners.

Delegates wishing to bring a spouse or partner can book the applicable partner package. An exciting onsite Partner Programme will be available, offering a variety of activities and experiences throughout the event.

Please note, however, that partner packages do not include access to the conference sessions, presentations, technical papers, or conference proceedings. Individuals wishing to attend the conference programme must register and book as conference delegates in the appropriate category.

Delegates should also be aware that there are two different check-in options available. The check-in option selected will determine the duration of the stay and associated package pricing. Delegates are encouraged to review these options carefully during the booking process to ensure they select the package best suited to their travel and attendance requirements.
