A coordinated transport service will operate throughout the event period, enabling delegates to move conveniently between designated venues, accommodation, and event activities.

Complimentary Shuttle Transport

Complimentary shuttle transport is available within the event area, operating between Champagne Sports Resort, Drakensberg Sun Resort, the golf facilities, and nearby chalets, with convenient pick-up and drop-off services provided at designated locations throughout these venues.

If attendees need transport to or from locations outside of these venues, a luxury coach transportation can be arranged for an additional fee.

Luxury Coach Transportation

We are pleased to announce that SATNAC will provide coach transport for delegates travelling to Champagne Sports Resort and Drakensberg Sun Resort. The coach service will be available at a cost of R1,500 per person, per single trip. Delegates who require transport to and from the resort will need to book both the outbound and return trip.

Please take the coach schedule into consideration before booking your flights and other travel arrangements.

Delegates using the airport collection point should ensure that their flight arrival time allows sufficient time for baggage collection and other arrival formalities before joining the coach.

Please note:

Delegates are requested to arrive at their designated collection point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. As the journey to Champagne Sports Resort is several hours, we strongly recommend that delegates plan their flights around the coach departure times to avoid missing their scheduled transfer.

Local transfers: Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
Overland transfers: 48hrs cancellations will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
Day Tours: 48hrs cancellations will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
All quotes are subjected to availability on the day of confirmation.
New car seat law: Children 3yrs old and younger, must be strapped in a car seat.
No VAT on Road Transport for Passengers (VAT Act Section 12G).
