A coordinated transport service will operate throughout the event period, enabling delegates to move conveniently between designated venues, accommodation, and event activities.
Luxury Coach Transportation
We are pleased to announce that SATNAC will provide coach transport for delegates travelling to Champagne Sports Resort, Monks Cowl and Drakensberg Sun Resort. The coach service will be available at a cost of R1,500 per person, per single trip. Delegates who require transport to and from the resort will need to book both the outbound and return trip.
Please take the coach schedule into consideration before booking your flights and other travel arrangements.

Collection of delegates arriving at OR Tambo International Airport
Delegates using the airport collection point should ensure that their flight arrival time allows sufficient time for baggage collection and other arrival formalities before joining the coach.
Delegates are requested to arrive at their designated collection point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. As the journey to Champagne Sports Resort is several hours, we strongly recommend that delegates plan their flights around the coach departure times to avoid missing their scheduled transfer.

Luxury Shuttle Service with Tours4Africa
SATNAC has partnered with Tours4Africa to provide a premium luxury shuttle service from Johannesburg to the event venue. This exclusive transport offering ensures delegates enjoy a safe, comfortable, and convenient travel experience, allowing them to arrive relaxed and ready for the event.
Should delegates need shuttles from KZN airports, they can contact Tours4SA to arrange this, but this will also be at their own cost.
